B92 Bison began with a simple belief: that the bison — once nearly erased — deserved a place on the modern table. What started as sales to friends and neighbors grew into a calling.
The Expansion

Word spread. Customers in Montana, Texas, Oregon, and the Carolinas asked for consistent, honest bison. We built a distribution network spanning the contiguous United States — every state except Alaska and Hawaii.

We partnered with Texas and Southern Plains ranches committed to grassland restoration and the legacy of the bison. Every cut traces back to land that is being healed, not depleted.
